Our last Spelling test is on Friday!
Today we took our test about Paul Bunyan's life as an adult in the story The Bunyans. This story is rich in figurative language, so we spent a good amount of time reviewing alliteration, personification, similes, metaphors, puns, proverbs, etc. We also worked on writing a brief tall tale as a portion of the reading test today.

TOMORROW is our one-day Book Fair. Students will go with their Block 1 class. My Block 1 class will be attending from 7:45-8:00.
