Today we worked on Spelling pages 115-116. These are words with prefixes and suffixes. The main thing is to simply study the base word spelling. The words look difficult, but when broken into smaller parts, they are really quite easy! We only have one more week of Spelling after this week!

JDRF Envelopes - were due today. Our "Walk for a Cause" is after school on Wednesday, May 18. Only students with permission slips can stay for this event. They should be picked up at 3:00, but families are invited to walk with their children.
We we will be reading a non-fiction text about the Grand Canyon. This will be our Tuesday night homework. Just a few more stories to go!
