Our class has been laughing at the crazy adventures of Peter's little brother, Fudge, in the story Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing by Judy Blume. We are partner reading this novel as our first chapter book of fourth grade.
We took our Unit 2 Spelling test today, and Block 1 also took computerized AIMS Reading test that teachers can use in order to help pinpoint your child's reading strengths and weaknesses. Knowing this information can help guide reading instruction throughout the year. Block 2 will be taking this computerized test on Monday. The test scores do NOT count for a grade. These tests are administered across the entire district.
PARCC tests from third grade are being sent home with your child today. Please look for them in your child's blue binder/folder.
