PARCC Testing Starts THURSDAY

We discussed Unit 27 Spelling words, but we will not have the test until April 22, due to PARCC testing beginning on Thursday of this week.    These words all have Latin roots (spect, struct, graph, vis) that are used as the core of each word.

Today Mrs. Edgett, our school nurse, spoke to the students about Juvenile Diabetes.  We are doing a fundraiser, Walk for a Cause, on May 18.  Students were given envelopes today to use if they choose to participate in this community service project.  

Students need headphones for PARCC testing.

We are currently reading the short, funny novel Esio Trot, by Roald Dahl.
